Removid provides web-based tools to merge, split, compress, convert, edit, sign, and otherwise process PDF and related documents. Most processing happens in your browser; some features may use our servers or trusted third-party services when you choose to use them.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
Some features require a free or paid account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Paid plans, billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase and by applicable payment-provider rules.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
- Use automated scraping or abuse free usage limits.
- Resell or misrepresent our services without written permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process files solely to provide the service you request. We do not claim ownership of your documents. Delete files from your device after download; temporary server copies, if any, are removed according to our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Removid name, logo, website design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse our branding or code except as allowed by law or with our consent.
6. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every conversion will be perfect, that files will be error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for keeping backups of important documents.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Removid and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you use only free features.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may also be communicated by email or on-site notice where appropriate.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Removid operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with our support team so we can try to resolve them informally.
